Tinesha Ross, a native of Fairfield, Alabama, is a senior manager of General Procurement for Launch Operations and Production operations at United Launch Alliance (ULA). In this role, she leads the Supply Chain strategy and execution of small/mid/large commodities, purchases and subcontracts focused primarily on optimal support of production and launch operations. With a passion and vision to enable customer and mission success, she develops supplier acquisition and delivery strategies and provides executive leadership delivering superior operational performance in support of Government and non-government launch programs.
